1. About Us
Yorkshire Drain Survey provides CCTV drain survey, drain unblocking, drain tracing and related drainage services across Yorkshire. By booking or using our services you agree to these terms.
2. Bookings & Quotes
All quotes provided by telephone or via our contact form are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing is confirmed on-site prior to work commencing. We will not begin work without your agreement to the confirmed price.
3. Survey Reports
Written CCTV survey reports are provided following completion of a survey. Reports are prepared in good faith based on the condition of the drainage system at the time of inspection. Yorkshire Drain Survey accepts no liability for issues that were not visible or accessible at the time of survey.
4. Payment
Payment is due on completion of works unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept card, bank transfer and cash. For commercial clients, 30-day payment terms may be agreed in advance.
5. Cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking. Late cancellations may be subject to a call-out charge.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We carry full public liability insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing drainage defects, third-party works, or issues outside the scope of the survey conducted.
7. Complaints
If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us within 14 days. We will investigate and respond within 5 working days. Contact us at info@yorkshiredrainsurvey.co.uk or call 0113 734 2245.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
